This one must be the cream of the crop. It’s very rare that the third and final part of a trilogy is the best one of the bunch, except for Lord of the Rings, but X-Men III really pulled it off. It was one of those trilogies that just got better with every episode. The effects were fantastic, the story was ‘good’ and the acting was flawless. However, the angle thing was pretty lame. Good idea but badly executed.

And now it’s on DVD.
Apparently it’s a 2-disk set containing interviews and bonus scenes. There are about 20 deleted scenes and an alternative ending.
What’s with alternative endings anyway?
Can’t the 2000 people who work on the movie decide how it’s going to end?
Are we supposed to choose the ending we want from now on?
How about the Titanic? Can I have an ending where the ship doesn’t sink? Notice it’s not the ‘Special Edition’ DVD, they’ll probably put a big X on the cover and sell that around Christmas time.
