According to Contact Music, Madonna & husband Guy Richie have made up their minds about adoption; they will adopt twins from an African orphanage.
The couple are planning to fly to poverty-stricken Malawi, south east Africa, to meet the president Bingu Wa Mutharika & finalise legal details with adoption lawyers.
It has been reported a while back, that the couple are thinking of having more kids & that adoption was a very strong option.
