While she was pregnant, Gwyneth Paltrow might have gained a few pounds here & there. But is she really fat to the extent of having post-pregnancy surgery to get rid of the extra weight ?
The Mirror is reporting that Paltrow wants to have plastic surgery to get her figure back!
According to the British newspaper, Paltrow told a close friend: My stomach is rippling, my breasts don't feel good. I've been trying to work out. I want to do something about it.
Paltrow, who gave birth to son Moses in April, also has a daughter, Apple. It seems she isn't considering having any more kids in the future.

so what if she has a surgery for her tummy or like a tummy tuck, cuz if ur a celebrity or not most women get their stomach stretched after giving birth..its a nutrak thing, n sometimes its hard 2 get it flat cuz u can lose weight but not look good as be4..n i guess she is famous n yea so she wanna look good..who cares..lol
a tummy tuck is better than having a mouth or nose job..lol u dont wanna look like micheal jackson!

I agree that everyone should do anything that can make them happy, but she should first get help from a psychiatrist for thinking she's fat! just ridiculous, let's hope she'll come back to her senses...
