Brad Pitt is featured in the latest issue of Newsweek Magazine.
He is on the cover with a bunch of other people & is part of an important article entitled "15 People Who Make America Great".
In the article Pitt talks about so many thing, such as why he & Angelina Jolie went to Namibia to have their baby, how he feels about fatherhood & most importantly, his stand on humanitarian issues like his involvement in the hurricane Katrina relief.
All in all, Brad Pitt has managed to use his star power to force the celebrity press to cover poverty and disease in so many impoverished counties like South Africa & Haiti.

And can you say that Brad made America look great by finding cure for AIDS and Cancer or donating most of his enormous fortune to the homeless and needy children in his country? Answer: NO!
hmmm, i think its all great to wanna help others less furtionate, but come on, this country is crumbling here right under our nose.look at our poverty, and disease, and everyone wants to run and help others first?when was the last time anyone went to the state jails, called reservations? how about the poverty stricken areas in the cities, what about all those homeless, diseased, disabled folks and children we have under the bridges and streets?this is in every city in every state, just stop once, look, and u will find.sure, some (very few) preferr it, must most did not ask for it, it was dealt to them.what, u say, government will help, sure, when was the last time u went in and said u didnt have an addresse and u were givin a job, or food stamps, or any help, no addresse, no help, and surely if u cant shower, u get nothing but shame.i have been workin as a paramedic, firefighter for 20 years now,and 80% of the patients are without health care, no homes, no family, nothing.so before we turn our backs on our own country, lets help ourselves, family, friends and accountances first, then help others.becouse for those of us who risks our lives daily for strangers, remember those in need first in our own homes, and its only gettin worse, stop turning ur heads and using ur poularity as a good doer, and actually do it, for the land u live in first.to help those in katrina, sure, thats great, but im sure most spent more in other countries to help them out more then they have here in U.S.A.lets say, trillions in dept, yet it isnt touching the surface, becouse, were helping others first, and not our own first.sorry brad, i love ya , but dang brad, look around you, take a trip and really look, and care.
