Smith, 38, was spotted with her lawyer Howard Stern at her rented Myrtle Beach, beach front home on June 9th, & she was sporting a baby belly!
Smith stood on a balcony & gazed at the ocean, she also enjoyed a dip in the pool after taking her top off in front of Stern!
