Johnny Depp & Kate Moss used to be together until 1997 when they broke-up.
But they are coming back together on screen in a movie about late INXS frontman Michael Hutchence & his girlfriend Paula Yates.
Johnny Depp was asked if it would be a deal breaker for him if Kate was cast, but he said: Not as far as I'm concerned.
Hutchence was found dead in November, 1997, in a hotel room in Sydney. While Yates died in 2000 from a heroin overdose.
With Depp being in the lead, it should be an interesting movie.

What makes Moss a better match for Depp? I think she's a big mess! I'm not a fan of Paradis, and I think she's unattractive and anorexic thin [at least, that's how she looked in most of her candid shots]. But who are we to decide who should be with Depp? We don't know any of them; though, we know that he's with Paradis for a reason.
I love Johnny Depp, and I do not want to believe that he's with someone that he isn't happy with. I don't know about anyone else, but I always thought that Johnny looked absolutely and perfectly adorable with Winona Ryder. I think the main reason why I love them being together is because they were so open with their relationship. There are tons of sweet and romantic things that they have said to each other all over the place. (particularly in everythingjohnny.com, the winona forever section) But because their relationship was too public, they broke up. Ever since then, Johnny has hated the press.
I think the main reason why we assume that he's unhappy with Vanessa is because he doesn't talk about it as much like he did with his past relationships. He doesn't want to make it too public. He doesn't want the press too ruin anything. That's why he lives so far!

Oh please!! Why does everyone act like just because he and Vanessa have kids together they are "made" for each other? He and Kate had so much more in common and yes, they wanted kids but the timing wasn't right, Kate was still very young and her career was into high gear and he met Vanessa on the rebound and she got pregnant VERY quickly. During the pregnancy he went back to Kate for a while, but Vanessa gave him an ultimatim, either Kate or your child, so being the loyal guy he is he chose to be with his child. He has said that Vanessa "puts up with him", whatever the hell that is supposed to mean, and is "comfortable with her". I personally don't think Van is the love of his life though and lots of couples have kids every day, but don't stay together or call each other "soulmates". Johnny sure spends alot of time away from them filming when early in their lustful years, they swore they would "rarely spend any time apart" and whenever the paparazzi takes Van's pics with the kids, she is always turned and smiling at the camera, "like, look at me, I am ALL that". She is not very well liked in France because she doesn't seem like a very nice person and I got the feeling she will break Johnny's heart badly someday. Oh well, I personally liked him and Kate better, but that is just me. I like reliving those past moments, at least I can look at their pics together. He and Kate were very stunning together.
