Movie and book talent Vanna Bonta flew to Los Angeles to attend the World Space Party Celebration on the anniversary of the first human space flight by Yuri Gagarin, the Russian Cosmonaut who told humans "Earth is blue" back in 1961, sharing the first ever "astronaut's View" of our planet's place in the cosmos from space.
A commemorative global celebration first launched by two young space professionals, George Whitesides & Loretta Hidalgo in 2001 has become an annual tradition every April 12 that boasts billionaire Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic, The National Space Society and Boeing as sponsors, and this year welcomed Rocket Dog shoes, rumored to be a Vanna Bonta favorite.
This year, the "Yuri's Night" count was up to 91 synchronized parties held simultaneously on all 7 continents in 33 countries! Thousands of party-goers around the Planet, including Kuwait, Australia, Italy, China, Japan, Iran, Pakistan, South Africa, Turkey, Iceland and all over the US were in communication with one another.
Last year, Bonta donated the premiere rights of her techno trance musical film short "What Goes Up" to the World Space Party in 22 countries.

Just because Vanna Bonta is loved and popular and just because Johnny Depp is making movies for Hollywood now does not make them "Hollywood" Depp lives in Paris France, and Hollywood needs his real light.
