wow - what a publicity stunt! I hate when stars who are on the verge of failure start up stories about their past that's so traumatizing! WHY!? Even if this did happen to Terri (and I'm not denying the severity of this secret she kept), why bring it up on Vanity Fair and not something like Oprah or her past interviews when she was on that Superman tv show before she became a has-been? Pffft... whatever. Drama queens seriously - that's why they're actresses.

BRAVO Terri!!! It is not an easy thing to speak about publically. You saw the importance and you didn't want it happening again. That was NOT an easy thing to do. SHAME on anyone to say that was a publicity stunt. Your act will also help you heal. I, too, was abused and my parents did nothing to help. I am now 41 yrs old and can feel your pain along beside you. May your act of bravery help educate those who obviously know nothing about the affects of abuse.
