Former Posh Spice, Victoria Beckham has made a second and special appearance on the catwalk for her friend Roberto Cavalli.
She modeled a white pleated Cavalli silk dress and gold stilettos during Milan's
Fashion Week.
One can't believe that she is 31 and has 3 kids while she looks like that!
