34-year-old Friends actress Jennifer Aniston has filed a law-suit accusing a paparazzo of invading her privacy and shooting photos of her tanning topless in her home.
The suit filed Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court is the latest counterattack by Hollywood's top stars against paparazzi, who are accused of becoming increasingly aggressive as competition for images and the number of celebrity magazines has increased.
Under California law, Aniston could get triple damages if her suit is successful.
now that is taking things way too far! i mean in the privacy of ur own home?? like it wud be stupid if she was topless in public and obviously paparazzi are gonna take pics but not at ur own house where u shud be able to do watever u want!
It would seem to me that if you want privacy then get it (especially if your going to be rich). How the hell did someone get pics from within the house? Thats not very common. Get some privacy if thats what you want, but don't blame the media for something so careless on your own behalf. Oh, and one more question, is she having sex now a days cause it would seem to me that the paparazzo would have found more interest in those pics. hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
