A close friend of Britney Spears has declared for an Australian news network, that Britney has already seen the divorce lawyer, and that the divorce papers are written and ready, all she has to do is give the word and they'll be filed in the courthouse!
It seems that Britney doesn't want to divorce Kevin because she stopped loving him, but if that is the best thing for her baby and herself, that's exactly what she'll do.

She should never have gotten involved with him in the first place, let alone marry and have a child with him. It's so obvious that he nothing but a gold digger and Britney is his pot of gold.
