American Idol judge Paula Abdul will remain with the hit Fox TV series after an investigation found no proof that she had an affair with a former contestant Corey Clark or helped him on the talent show, the network said Friday.
Lawyers who investigated claims by unsuccessful contestant Corey Clark of a sexual relationship with Abdul could not substantiate his allegations, Fox said.
Paula Abdul, therefore, can continue as a judge on American Idol, the network and series producers said in a statement.

I don't know what kind of shady lawyers they have over there at Fox, but it is blatantly obvious that Paula Abdul should be fired. Even if she didn't have sex with that dude the fact that she made personal phone calls to him while he was a contestant is an obvious breech of contract. The fact that she bought him a cell phone and he has pages of phone calls between them dated during the time that he was on the show is completely unacceptable. Fox is a scumbag network, why wouldn't they find some stupid reason to keep Paula on. You couldn't make phonecalls to a contest in an amateur talent contest, much less be allowed to because it's t.v. How ludicrious!!!
I think Paula Abdul is doing a great job. She is just trying to help contestants and give them encouragement to do what they came there to do. It's not wrong for micheal jackson to have his kid hanging over a balcony and then keep his children.....but its a prob. for a judge to help and encourage contestants......well whatever. I think that she has a heart of gold. She knows how it feels to have people judge her and many other celebritys. Its more of preparing them for their career. She's talented and is the only judge there that really understands what they are going through. So back off! !
Did Fox ever think about checking other contestants phones to see if she called them just as much? NO.....So its their fault for no finding real hard evidence....Whatever I'm done.....Good luck Paula.......Your fans are here for you
