Porsche is thus going where it has never gone before, to the realm of the Diesel!
In under a month, Porsche will unveil it's first Diesel; the 2010 Porsche Cayenne Diesel!
The fuel-efficient model will be on sale in March, in both Europe and The Middle East.

The Cayenne diesel will use a VW sourced engine; a 3.0-liter V6 turbodiesel, which makes it the smallest capacity Cayenne. So, does that make it the slowest Porsche yet?!
Porsche hasn't issued any performance figures yet, but what performance would be expected from a 4x4 Porsche that delivers 240 horsepower?

As for an environment friendly version of the Cayenne, Porsche is in fact working on a hybrid version which will be launched onto the market at the end of 2010.
