Environment-friendly cars are already one too many in the automotive market. So, you might ask what’s so special about the BMW Hydrogen 7. Well, this luxury vehicle is entirely in its own league because unlike the other hybrids like those from Honda and Chrysler, this car is able to burn hydrogen in its internal combustion engine, which means that it uses liquid hydrogen fuel. Other hybrids have fuel cell technology and hydrogen that create electricity to power the whole vehicle. This car produces up to 260 horsepower (HP) and can run from 0-60 miles per hour in just 9.4 seconds. The total speed that it is capable of is 143 mph.

BMW sees great potential in their Hydrogen 7. It is the first production hydrogen vehicle by BMW. In fact, the company has 100 units out for testing all over the United States. The company loaned it to celebrities. I guess that’s also to gain more visibility in the market. Some of the lucky recipients of these loaned cars are Jay Leno, Brad Pitt, and Jennifer Garner. I believe they are just so lucky to be able to drive such a car!
