Kia’s new sporty Sportage will sure have a very receptive audience in the world market. Next month Kia will unveil their 2008 Sportage SUV in the Frankfurt Auto Show so Europe will be the first to enjoy this vehicle. There’s still no update as to when the Sportage will be shipped to the U.S. so you folks over there had just better hang on to your seats.

Though the Kia Sportage is said to be on the compact side it is still very spacious inside and passengers will be quite comfortable while cruising. Adding to this excellent drivability is its stiffened suspension, direct steering and the superb-looking 16” wheels. These features allow for the SUV’s for have first-rate handling. And aside from that, the Kia Sportage also has great exterior look with its new grille, headlamps and large side mirrors. Entertainment and comfort is ensured with the air conditioning and single CD audio that supports MP3 discs. Some of its other technical features include power windows, rear cargo cover, cruise control, twin-front airbags and anti-skid brakes.

This 2WD Sportage will sell for $24,000 when it’s officially released after the Frankfurt Auto Show.
