Got some more room for another gorgeous convertible? especially from an established carmaker as Porsche. Reports have it that Porsche will be releasing its newest convertible the 911 Turbo…on September 8. The automobile world is already full of awesome cars but this new Porsche is a real beauty, even from afar you’ll see its superb aerodynamic design. This new model is derived from the drop top 997 Turbo. The new convertible runs on its 3.6-liter 6-cylinder engine that’s integrated with biturbo turbocharging and Variable Turbine Geometry (VTG). This engine enables the convertible to produce superb performance with its 480 horsepower and 457 ft-lbs torque.
And even with its kind of power you’ll still feel safe driving it because of the high-performance braking system it has – the six-cylinder fixed-brake caliper at the front. To put things on a higher level Porsche also provided optional brakes with the Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake or PCCB. Providing great illumination for nighttime driving and poor weather conditions are the Bi-Xenon headlights. The 19” forged bi-color wheels provide the car with an awesome finish. Likewise it carries wind deflector Porsche Communication Management or PCM and a Bose surround system for entertainment during the road trip.
Want to ride with the top up or down? The choice is yours. If you want to feel the fresh air the roof can be opened and closed in just 20 seconds.
