The German BMW unveiled a new BMW 1 series model after making a lot of developments and adding more technical devices and options such as electric power steering, brake energy regeneration, automatic start-stop function, and high-precision direct injection cut fuel consumption and emissions. The new 2007/2008 BMW 1 series is a three door hatchback.

“Auto Week” magazine said that BMW is targeting the American market to get benefit from the power of the US Dollar in comparison to the European Euro. It also said that during the last 2 years, BMW was improving its 1 series models so that it can compete in the European market.

The BMW 1 series three door hatchback will go on sale this spring.
