Min Dally Nseek is Nancy Ajram's latest and newest music video.
It's her first after becoming a married woman and it seems marriage has suited her because she's looking better than ever!
Back to the clip, Min Dally Nseek is directed by Said el Marouk and was shot in Lebanon.
the song itself is very nice but the storyline of the clip has a recurrent theme that has become too used.
You know that I'm talking about the lover/ husband who hides the fact that he's sick and needs an operation and then goes under the knife! We've been seeing this sad story in music videos since forever!

These days way too many music videos come out with exactly the same story and the same models and it gets quite repetitive after a while! However, Carole Samaha has always been one to bring us something new fresh and exciting. And so with the filming of her new music video for the song –which she sings in an Egyptian accent- ‘Aly’, the director and her decided to turn the video into a musical comedy. This is definitely a first in the world of Arabic music videos and the director Saleem Al Turk is very pleased with the music video which they filmed in a resort in Lebanon for an entire day!

These are photos from the new music video clip of Lebanese Star Academy 3 winner Josef Attieh which was shot on the occasion of Beirut Marathon 2008 campaign against cancer, a race which is open to all athletes from all over the world.

Among the participants during this event will be Miss Lebanon 2007, Nadine Njeim.
You might have also heard the song "Heart and Soul" which Lebanese singer Carole Sakr composed for this Marathon during the 4th prime of Mission Fashion 3.

The race will take place on Sunday, the 30th of November 2008.

You may have read my article about Janat new music video of her new song ‘Habibi Ala Neyato’ and that it would be airing on Music channels soon. Well instead Janat’s producer decided to release it exclusively on YouTube on the ‘GN4Me’ channel. And it did quite well with more than 7,000 views in only a week!

But what does this mean for Janat? Well not much other than the fact that those who don’t have access to music channels can now watch it, and if you really like Janat you can watch it over and over again! I imagine she had already sold it to all the relevant channels so there will be no financial loss.

With every new album that Najwa Karam releases we expect to listen to something different, provocative and beautiful. But now we are beginning to expect an outstanding music video to accompany the album and Najwa Karam is not one to perform below our expectations. And so for her new album, she chose ‘Habeeby Ma Bkhaby Aleek’ to be the song which she records a music video to. Najwa chose a female director this time –Randa Al Alam- and maybe that is why the music video is overtly romanticized. It is nearly entirely shot outside in the open air, and the model who Najwa is ‘in love with’ is in fact a French architect.

Lebanese singer Diana Haddad has just finished working on her latest Khaliji single 'Shuft Itisalak' and its music video in Beirut with Emarati director Nahla Al Fahed.
The shooting of the video took two days, one inside a villa in the Adma area and the second on the port in Beirut.
The story of the video revolves around Diana herself and her everyday life as a famous face.

You may have read about the new music video Rola has filmed with the help of the controversial Kivanc Tatlitug better known as Muhannad from Noor but we all cannot wait to see this video. Well viewers had that chance recently when the clip was aired for the first time exclusively on the show ‘360’ on Rotana! Opinions have differed about the music video but the general consensus is that it is unoriginal really! I cannot help but feel that Kivanc Tatlitug was used by Rola Saad and the producers of this music video to make some quick cash.

These days a lot of singers think that the more elaborate and extravagant a music video is the better, but the brilliant artist Yara plans to prove them to be very wrong! She just finished filming the music video for the song ‘Enta Meny’ and the storyboard is about a girl who leaves her love and then regrets it so much that she sits on a boat attempting to write him a letter but finding it very difficult. Yara appears in the music video alone and wearing one red dress in which she looks elegant and beautiful.

Lebanese singer Roula Saad is filming her latest music video in Lebanon ... but that's not what I've got for you!
Roula and for a whopping $120.000 has gotten the hottest guy on the scene in the Arab world these days to star alongside her in the video!
You know him as Mohannad from the Turkish soap opera, Nour or Gumus. It's non other than Kivanc Tatlitug!
The video is for Roula's song 'Nouya Ha Lo' ... don't ask me what it means, 'cause i have no idea!
The shooting will take place is Beirut and in the mountainous areas of Keserouan.

Watching the new Arabic video clips these days makes you wonder how much the Arabic media was affected by the western culture. It does not take a genius a total of ten minutes watching the new “singers & video clips” to realize how much influence there is by the western music industry whether it has to do with the beats, looks, style, etc.

It’s kind of a sad thing, if you keep in mind how we used to lead in such fields, and the Arabic rhythm and tones used to be taught in western institutions.

Such thoughts make me wonder how far it will all go before we hit back to point zero again, taking into consideration our culture, morals and beliefs, we can only go so far before the media turns on the war against the new wave of those performers.
