Sofia Al Marrikh has finished shooting her latest music video for her song 'Isaalni ana' or Ask Me.
The clip was shot under the direction of Wisam Samara at one of the 80's style hotels in Alhamra street in Beirut.
In the clip, Sofia in awaiting her lover to come and sweep her off her feet! there's only one problem, her lover is imaginary!
The atmosphere of the clip is romantic and very pink, but it's going to be different from Sofia's usual style.
The music video will be ready for release during the holidays.

It's been a while since we've heard anything about Ahmad Al Sharif! Where's he been hiding?
Well, Ahmad hasn't been hiding, he's just been under the radar working on a new album and a new song.
Ahmad has finished the final touches on a new single called 'Aini fi Ainak' and has started working on its music video, which he'll be shooting soon.

Nisreen was one of the very first students to get voted off Star Academy in its very beginning.
Nisreen struggled to make a career for herself and even defied her father to get into the music business! She worked with Jad Choueri on her debut music video.
She didn't get much attention back then and has opted to slip into a bathing-suit in her latest music video to catch the attention of the media and press!

During the past 5 seasons of Star Academy, each and every student that graduates from the academy gets a ready to sign contract with Star System in an effort to launch their career.
Naturally, not all those who sign a contract will succeed in a singing or acting career, and thus have to be let go by their managing company because they become more of a liability than a star!
As we all know there are a few of those Starac graduates who have made it big and are on their way to stardom like Ahmad Al Sharif, Joseph Attieh, Bashar Shatti, Bashar Ghazawi, Fadi Andraous and Amani Swisi.

Ahmad Al Sharif may be one of the most famous Star Academy graduates with charisma and popular songs.
Ahmad was even picked by Pepsi for several ad campaigns especially the highly talked about movie Bahr Al Nujoom.
It's true that Bahr Al Nujoom is a movie, but it's also a musical ad campaign! This is the sole reason why Ahmad agreed to star in it alongside Haifa Wehbe, Wael Kfouri, Carole Samaha and Rowaida Al Mahrouky.
Ahmad may star in another movie in the future, but now he wants to concentrate on his singing career and finish his upcoming album and maybe try to plan his delayed wedding!

Do you remember the Syrian girl from Star Academy 1? Her name was Miriam Attallah and you might remember her because of the fling between her and Tunisian Ahmad al Sharif!
Well, since Miriam graduated from Star Academy, which was like 5 years ago, we've heard nothing about her! No single and no debut album! Where has she been hiding?
Well, turns out she's been trying her best, but her best wasn't enough!
She signed a contract with Star System -just like all other Starac graduates do- and that took her nowhere!
She tried her luck with a small role in a Syrian TV series, but that was about it!
