In the midst of all that is occurring in Lebanon right now the Lebanese people have chosen to defy the enemy and go on singing and bringing happiness into the hearts of many. And in this spirit two of the brightest Lebanese stars Carole Smaha and Star Academy star Joseph Attieh travelled to Australia to perform in a highly successful concert. I mean it is difficult to stay in touch with Arab music and culture when you are so far away but this concert brought together Arabs from all over Australia who came to enjoy this taste of true Arab culture.
Enjoy these recent photos of Star Academy graduates Baha and Soumaya from Tunisia, Mira from Lebanon and Hanaa ElEdrissi from Morocco.

Who will stay … Egyptian talent or Tunisian talent?
These are more photos of Star Academy 3 winner Joseph Attieh latest video clip to his song 'Habet Aiounak'
‘Lel Sahar’ is the name of the new duo that will be bringing together two great artists: Hana El Idrissi and Joe Ashqar. The song is obviously one that speaks of love and deep romance and Hana says she is ecstatic that the launch of her career will be with a prodigy like Joe Ashqar. She added that she is a great fan of Joe and his work and that this duo will hopefully help her gain a larger fan base. The song’s music video will be filmed within the next week so we should anticipate the launching of the song sooner rather then later.
Hani Hussein, the Egyptian Star Academy 3 finalist, was one of those people you knew would go places with an interesting voice and immense charisma. Well his career has been moving forward and he has just recently concluded the filming of two video clips! The titles of the two songs are ‘Matghebsh Aley’ and ‘Hub Omry’ and both were directed by Basem Meghneya and both songs were filmed in Lebanon.
These are more photos of star academy 3 contestant Rakiya and Mohammad Fahad's baby. The photos were taken during the (First Week) party.

Star Academy star Joseph Attieh has just concluded the filming of the LBC produced series ‘Jeeran’ which was put on halt for unknown reasons a while back. However, now the show that features several of the Star Academy contestants is finished and will be aired on LBC soon!
As for Joseph’s other projects he is ready to release a new video clip after the amazing success of the last two that he starred in. The song for which the video clip was made will be featured in a tape produced by Star System.

There has been a lot of talk about Star Academy star Reem Ghazali beign part of a new Kuwaiti film by the name of ‘Elan Halet Hobb’. Her picture was placed on the poster and she was to play a secondary role in the movie. However, just recently she was removed from the movie and speculations as to why were wild. Some said that she had fought with the producers and others claimed that the Kuwaiti government had disallowed her from entering the country.
He surprised us the first time with his refusal to pass the evaluation while he was still at the academy... and after the academy after he was voted off, we saw him in Riyadh... Few months later, rumors started circulating with questions whether Moukha & Rakiya will really get married and they ended with confirmed news last year on this very same month December that they really got married.
Now it has been exactly a year since Rakiya and Mohammad Fahad or Moukha got married and they managed again to surprise us with a newly born baby :)!
Congratulations :)

It's been a long time since we last saw LBC Star Academy 3 graduate Maya Nehme and Starac 4 graduate Carlo Nakhleh; they are now presenting a new TV show on LBC TV called Quiz Night Live...
What do you think of this program? Should Carlo and Maya just present such programs and put aside their musical careers? It seems that this is the only kind of TV shows that starac students are able to work on and make their living from; Salma and Bashar from Star Academy 2 are also presenting a similar program on LBC TV too!
What do you think of Star Academy graduate Fadi Andraous' new song and video clip?
If you haven't seen it yet, you can catch it on Melody Arabia.
Personally, i think it's great! Cause it matches his style and personality to the max.
The song itself is really cute and the words actually mean something! Unlike many songs on the air nowadays!
I really hope he'll continue in this style and stays true to his own gut feeling.
Star Academy 3 winner Joseph Attieh seems to be keeping himself occupied! After a tour including Tunisia and Australia Joseph took part in two concerts in the Jordanian capital Amman! The first concert was at Amman Waves and the second at the Royal hotel, both concerts were extremely successful and had an impressive turnout. Joseph also sang at a large wedding at the ‘Four Seasons’ on the very special date 7-7-7!
Moroccan Star Academy 3 contestant Hanaa El Idrissi was recently invited for an interview with the Kuwaiti radio station Marina FM. In the interview she said that she will be releasing her new single in August. However, she is still not sure about the dialect of the song; should it be Moroccan dialect, or Egyptian dialect. Rumors have it that she will sing a song in her own dialect and that it would be a sort of Andalusian song!
