Last Friday Star Academy Prime Photos are ONLINE NOW featuring photos of the guests Nawal El Zoghbi, Yuri Mrakadi and Hussam Habib, in addition of course to students performance and photos of the 3 Nominees Anas, Iman and Hanan.

Next Friday is the forth Star Academy 2 prime, and the guests will be:
Egyptain Hani Shaker and Khaleeji Rowida Al Mahrougi.
This week the prime was much better than the first. The students performed well, there were no microphone glitches and Hilda didn’t screw up in her lines!
Unfortunately, there was one strange thing that happened towards the last part of the prime; after a huge quantity of balloons were released from the ceiling of the stage, there were constant “popping” sounds that lasted for around 10 minutes! They were even audible while Lebanese singer Yuri Markadi was singing!
In all cases, the prime was not bad all in all...
As you can see from the photos, Anas won with 59.90%
Iman won by the voting of the rest of the students with 9 votes.
Hardluck to Hanan... We wish her the best.

Here is a letter sent to us by one of Joy Basous's cousins:
Hello! My name is Knar and I live in Fresno, California. I'm not a fluent speaker, nor do I understand Arabic as much as my family, however I love and enjoy watching the show.
This past summer my family and I went to Lebanon and Syria to visit friends and family and we had a great time! Joy Bousous is our cousin and we stayed at her father's hotel in Syria... and we absolutely loved it!
This week the teachers of the academy were almost united in naming the nominees for the second week.
They chose Anas, Hanan and Iman M.

This week's picture of the week is for the Libyan contestant Anas El-Ramli.
Here is a letter sent to us by one of Anas's friends:
'Anas has been my soulmate since the age of 5 and we went to school togethor and sat at the same desk. I know that he is one of teh most kind hearted genuine people there is. He is also very clever and hides behinde that mask of shyness a fearless and pyschologically influential personality.
Next Friday is the second Star Academy 2 prime, and as always there has to be a guest or two from the Arabic music world.
The two guests to share the stage with the students are two Lebanese stars; Nawal El Zoghbi and Yuri Mrakadi.

The gallery features prime guests Samira Said and Wael Kfouri photos in addition to the performance of the nominees of the first week: Anas, Randa and Iman M.
Tonight was the second prime of LBC Star Academy 2; things were tense as they were last season, and the contestants were nervous. The Nominees, as we already know, were Anas, Randa and Iman. The guests were Samira Said and Wael Kfouri, which by the way were stunning.
It was very obvious that the students were extremely tense and that effected their voices and performances; Ahmad S. from Bahrain, Ahmad H. from Kuwait and Anas from Libya didn’t do that well.
