Myriam Fares has finished working on her latest music video for her new song Ananiyya (Selfish).
The filming took place in one of Germany's beautiful old houses.
For the very first time, Myriam won't be exhibiting her dancing skills in the video ... but she'll be showing her hidden talent; acting!
since the song is very romantic, the focus will be on emotions and the human expression of feelings.
In the clip, Myriam plays the role of young girl living in a motel, she's having an affair with one of the clients staying there, who in his turn is having an affair with another much sophisticated lady!

In the Arab world as soon as you hear they word ‘private concert’ it is never good and a female artist performing at a ‘private concert’ is always very controversial. But Miriam Fares showed how little she cared when she agreed to perform at Coca-Cola’s Valentines Day private concert. The audience were extremely exclusive and mainly made up of rich business men from the Arab and Western world.

Just when I as starting to have the ability to separate between the ones who can sing and those who just use their bodies to make the video clip work, another singer crosses over. By that I mean going from singer to seductress. The woman I am referring to is none other than Miriam Fares, her video clip ‘Makano Weyn’ which she sings in the dialect of the Gulf includes some extremely inappropriate and seductive scenes. Like every other socialite criticized of being too provocative Miriam claims that she in no way intended to be seductive and that the beat of the song required her to dance a certain way.

It's for her khaliji song 'Mukanak Wen'.
Personally, i liked the song ... the words are nice and the tune is great. If i remember correctly, the tunes are those of Abdallah Al Goud.
But ... i didn't like the video! It doesn't go with the song at all!
It even seems to me as if the idea was taken from a Janet Jackson video ... you know, the ones with the African theme and stuff!

Gorgeous Lebanese artist Miriam Fares is keeping busy as always, she is preparing to make the video clip for her first song which she sang in the accent of the Gulf which goes by the name of ‘Makno Wayn’. She is currently scouting for a good storyboard for this video clip as it is quite a big monument in her career and she refused to disclose the name of the director for the clip either.

Miriam was supposed to hold a concert with Mohammed Hamaky in Dubai at the Aviation Club on the second day of Eid. The concert was highly anticipated and apparently tickets were sold very fast. Miriam is supposed to go to Egypt in order to perform at a wedding and then she will meet with a few composers to see if she can make any additions to her upcoming album.

Lebanese star Miriam Fares was chosen from between some of the most prominent singers in the Arab world to hold the annual Hilton Hotel concerts in Egypt! Miriam was chosen for her popularity not only in Egypt but in the whole Arab world. This concert is global in every way as it also included the world’s No.1 circus the Cirque Du Soleil which arrived in Egypt all the way from Canada. The Hilton event was held in Dream Land and attended by an amazing number of peoples all of whom were fans of Miriam!

Its been a while since we heard news about Miriam Fares, however an Egyptian newspaper has recently published something interesting about her … the newspaper said that Miriam likes Mohammad Kammah and that he turned her attention since his first days at the academy on its 4th season and might have a duet with him in the future.

Well Miriam, if this is true, you should give Kammah some more time to work on his talent first!

Egyptian soccer fans are on a red hot date tomorrow at 3 PM with Lebanese singers Miriam Fares & Nicole Saba.
Al-Ahli fans will be attending a huge concert tomorrow Friday at the club's headquarters in Nasr city.
This will be a concert to celebrate Al-Ahli's great achievements during the FIFA Club World Championship TOYOTA CUP in December 2006.

Could this woman be any cuter? The lovely Lebanese star Miriam Faris and Fadl Shakir lit up the stage at a concert in Qatar hosted by LG. And since, most of the attendance was from the Gulf, in addition to an international audience, she sang a couple of Khaliji tunes to keep the crowd happy and into it. She also sang some of her other popular songs which everyone loved.
Although Fadl was there too, the curly hair and lovely dress of Miriam is sure to steel the show.
