Last night's episode of Bab El Hara was full of undercover night activities for the men of Harat Al Dabea!
It was a tough job to sneak out the French prisoners and the weapons from the water tunnels and at the same time, bring in the daily food supplies for the other citizens of El Hara.

The past two episodes of Bab El Hara have been full of events and surprises.
The main issue is that the men of Haret Al Dabea have to evacuate El Hara and leave behind their women and children!
Who exactly will be leaving and who will stay? I guess it's safe to say that Abu Bader will be staying!

So, how did you find last night's episode of Bab El Hara?

Personally, I was most happy that Motaz managed to bring back the medicine safely for Khater.
I was also amazed at how Nems reacted and actually helped the two Palestinian men in reaching El Hara through the water tunnels!

What did you think of the events of Bab El Hara last night?

Do you think it was wise of Mutaz to sneak out of El Hara and risk getting stuck outside or even worse, getting caught by the french?!

What do the citizens of El Hara have in mind? Although they sent out a letter of surrender to the French, they do have a plan brewing!

In this episode, we got introduced to a new character, Um Joseph.
Um Joseph, who is played by the famous Syrian actress Mona Wasef, is a Christian midwife who is famous all over Damascus and who is fearless and strong enough to manage and break the embargo on Harat El Dabea.

On another level, the citizens of El Hara are in grave danger!
The French have given them an ultimatum until Friday or the forces will bombard El Hara and wipe it off the map!

What options do the citizens have?
Here are four that we could think of:
- Evacuate El Hara
- Attack the French forces and take them by surprise
- Ask for outside help from Abu Hasan
- Surrender!

Video of Bab El Hara 4 Episode 5

Last night and with the help of Abu Ennar, the embargo on Harat Al Dabea was broken.
Through the water tunnels, he managed to pop up in Um Zaki's house and with her OK, her water well is going to be used as the gateway of supplying El Hara with the daily needs.

Three cheers for the citizens of Haret Al Dabea! Last night they were victorious in pushing back the French and sending them packing!
It was also surprising seeing the women of El Hara fighting and throwing fire bombs from the tops of the houses.

Have you noticed the similarity between the embargo situation in Al Hara and the situation in Gaza?
Especially that the solution to the embargo is the use of the underground tunnels for everyday needs and supplies like flour, sugar and lentils.

I guess all you Bab El Hara fans didn't miss out on the second episode last night!
So, What did you think of it? Where there moments of surprise that caught you off guard?
What was your favorite scene?
If you ask me what mine was, I would have to think for a bit, because I've already forgotten what happened!
But really, I enjoyed the scene of Fawzieh asking her sissy husband to get her those urgent groceries (because she's pregnant) and then what she did to him when he came back home empty handed!
That was funny.

Another successful concert for Lebanese singer Carole Samaha took place recently in Jizzin in Lebanon with an audience that reached almost 20,000.

Everyone enjoyed the night including kids and elderly people, who sang and danced along with Carole. At one point, one guy even climbed over the stage and danced with Carole!
