Dolly Shahine Wears a Hijab!
Sexy Lebanese singer/actress Dolly Shahine is covering it all up in her latest role. Dolly who is known for her controversial and daring roles will be wearing a hijab in her new Ramadan series ‘Adham el Sherkawi’. Dolly plays the role of a farmer that will fall in love with Adham and although this is the first time Dolly is wearing a hijab she says she has no problem against the hijab, especially since she’ll be shooting in places where it would be necessary for her to be covered up.
Carole Concert in Sharm El Sheikh
Lebanese singer Carole Samaha was in Sharm El Sheikh last week. She held a successful concert at the Soho Square and in addition to the huge audience that came to see here, prince Al Walid Ben Talal was also there with his family!

The story of the series revolves around the issues that poor families face in society where the lack of necessities and money causes them to turn to violence.
Maya Nasri Takes Over Ramadan!

This year, Maya is starring not in one but two Ramadan series, ‘Rejal Al Hassm’ a Syrian series and ‘Wakalet Attiah’ an Egyptian series. Quite the diversity don’t you think so?
Maya confirmed that she is not trying to steal all the lights by starring in two series at the same time but says that this was a mere coincidence.

Finally after a long anticipated wait, and after all the publicity and adverts SYTYCD special 100th episode finally aired. I have to give two thumbs up to everyone that worked on it because truthfully it was an amazing show.
Starting the show, where all 8 contestants they performed a group routine choreographed by the superb Mia Michaels, quite a fun way to start the show.

He's returning with a show that sheds light on his life, his suffering and other details of his miserable life! The show is entitled 'Said Abu Hafiza: The Nightmare'.
More Ramadan 2009 TV Series

As promised, here's more of the awaited TV series planned for this upcoming Ramadan.
I'll start with more of the Egyptian ones:
- Adham Al Sharqawi: A young man takes it upon himself to lift injustice off his little village. During the process, he falls in love with a simple peasant.
Starring Samir Sabri and Dolly Shaheen.
- Bushra Sarra: A teachers travels to The Gulf to work and after 20 years returns to her homeland only to find everything has changed including the people.
Starring Mirvat Amin and Rajaa Al Jidawi.
- Harb Al Jawasis: A young girl becomes the target of Israeli intelligence recruitment. She turns against them and tells the Egyptian intelligence and works with them instead.
Starring Minna Shalabi and Basem Yakhor.
- Qatel Bila Ajr: An Attorney and a doctor form a solid friendship after a painful accident.
Starring Farouq Al Fishawi and Hussein Fahmi.
So You Think You Can Dance 5 - Top 8
Last week the top 8 had all eyes on them, 12 great dancers have already been eliminated and everyone is expecting the best from the top 8. Each couple performed twice, and each contestant danced a solo. Ellen DeGeneres was on the judges panel and there wasn’t a single comment she made that didn’t make us laugh.
The show started off with a brilliant group routine choreographed by Travis Wall, it was quite entertaining and fun.

The show and it's host, Malek Maktabi, have gotten under scrutiny many times, but this time it's different. The show my come to a stop!
Cyrine Abdel Nour in Al Adham
Are you waiting for the Egyptian TV series, Al Adham?
The series is set for this coming Ramadan and stars Dalal Abdul Aziz, Mahmoud Al Jundi, Ahmad Ezz and Lebanese singer Cyrine Abdel Nour.
The final scenes of the series are being filmed currently and I've gotten my hands on photos from the set!
