More New Year Celebrations Canceled!
Tunisian singer, Saber Rebai, has canceled his concerts in solidarity with the people of Gaza.
Saber hasn't only canceled New Year's Eve celebrations, but he has canceled all his scheduled appearances throughout the past week!
Kudos Saber!
Sheikh Mohammad Ben Rashed Al Maktoum, has ordered all New Year's Eve celebrations be canceled in the emirate of Dubai.
Not only will concerts be canceled, but fireworks and loud music will be also.
All outdoor activities and bashes have been either canceled all together, or moved inside.
It's so illogical to celebrate and dance and shout with joy while the people of Gaza are being massacred!

Joseph Attieh Celebrates Christmas with Kids
LBC Star Academy winner Joseph Attieh celebrated his Christmas with little, beautiful kids!
He held a small concert in benefit of the Cancer Center and entertained lots of kids and their parents with a bouquet of his most popular songs.
Joseph then went on to party with more kids at the Bait Shabab Center for Special Needs Children.
He sang to the kids and presented them with Xmas gifts that drew a smile on their faces.
Kudos Joe! This is what Christmas is all about!
People Were Asking God If They Could Die!
"... There is talk [the Israeli air strikes] were targeting the police and security forces but in Shifa hospital, I saw many, many civilians, some dead, some injured, some were children, some were women, some were elderly people", "There are people without their legs in very severe pain... Some were asking God if they could die..."

"... Killing lots of people on the other side is not only ineffective, it is counterproductive. It hurts your cause. It gets more of your own people killed in the long run...", "Yes the Hamas leaders are crappy and pathetic. Yes they risk their own civilians. That is not at issue. But these Israeli leaders are pathetic, too, so desperate to look tough...", by Lorelei Kelly.

Obama to Deliver Major Speech from Morocco?

Rumor has it that President-elect Barack Obama is going to be heading to an Islamic capitol during the first 100 days in Office and will deliver a major foreign policy speech.
Word on the street is that Morocco is rallying to have this speech delivered from their capitol.
What do you think? If Obama is really going to head to an Arab country for such a purpose, will it be Morocco? Or will he choose another country, say Jordan for example?

New Year's Eve Parties Canceled in Egypt, Jordan and Turkey!
In the shadow of the horrific events in Gaza and the painful times the Palestinians are going through these days, It's pretty inappropriate to hold New Year celebration bashes, don't you think so?
Well, New Year's Eve parties in Egypt and Jordan have been canceled!
As for the schedules of stars like Kathem Al Saher, well, he was planning on holding concerts in Bahrain, but has canceled them all in support of the people of Gaza.
Jordanian singers Toni Qattan and Samira Al Asali have also canceled their plans and concerts.

Zaher Saleh Celebrates His Debut Single
Star Academy graduate and heartthrob Zaher Saleh celebrated the release of his debut single and music video at Sawa Cafe a few nights ago!
Zaher arrived in a mega-long limo and that triggered one journalist there to wonder: If this is how Zaher arrives for the release of a single, what will he do for the release of his debut album?!
The attendees included Mme. Mary Mahfouth, Saad Ramadan, Amal Boushousha and Jihan Khammas.
The Manager - Prime 3 with Marwan Khouri
The third prime of The Manager on Rotana was very interesting to watch!
The guest of honor was Marwan Khouri, who performed many of his ever-so-beautiful songs throughout the night. Might i add that I've never heard a song by Marwan that i didn't like!
This week, the manager's mission is to plan, record and launch Ilian's debut song to coincide with the celebrations of the New Year.
Each manager will present Ilian with a different song and in a different vision.
Tareq's vision is very girly and cute with the butterfly fairies hanging down from the top of the theater! The song is very simple in its lyrics and easily reaches the hearts of the listeners.
Hana Sheeha’s Secret Marriage!
Sometimes celebrities want their private lives to be private, but one of the main features of an Islamic wedding is making it public if I understand correctly! I guess Hana Sheeha forgot about that part when she married Ahmed Khdair and kept it a secret (or tried to anyway)! It seems that her ex-husband –and the father of her two children- went to an Egyptian judge complaining that he hadn’t seen his children and that instead their mothers ‘boyfriend’ was seeing them! This forced the marriage out into the open as Hana’s lawyer was aware of the danger the boyfriend allegation had on the case.
The Manager, Awaiting Prime 3

Tonight the third prime of the new show The Manager will be on and it's interesting to see how things evolve from one week to the other.
Last week, the host of the show Farah Ben Rajab, tried her best not to shout and annoy the audience with her loud voice. She tried her best, but i thought her best wasn't enough, she was still annoying and loud!
The guest stars were Assi Al Hillani and Star Academy graduate Shaima.
Assi performed three of his songs, which drove the audience mad!
He sang Libnani, Irjali Rajaeni and Boset Khanjar.
