The prime kicked off as usual with a portrait performed by the group dancers.
Annabella then welcomed the attendees and the jury panel, which this time around has Elie Saab himself among them!
Haifa Wehbe was the guest of the prime and she started it off with her song 'Mitakhda'.
The nominees this week presented their designs, which were under the theme 'Lycra Dress'.
The designers mission this time was to create elegant, soirée gowns.
Most of the designs got positive remarks from the jury.
The gowns they liked most were those of Mirvat and Jocelyne.

Lebanese star Haifa Wehbe held a very successful concert alongside fellow Lebanese singer Wael Kfouri in Dubai.
The concert was held at the Marina, in Habtoor Grand Hotel, and was attended by hundreds of VIPs and both Lebanese and Emirati fans.
Haifa entertained the attendees until the wee hours of the morning as they sang and danced along to her popular songs.

It's not everyday that Marwan Khouri does a candid interview on TV! But the other night he was frank and candid with Jumana Bou Eid on Rotana's famous program 'Kalimat Fasl'.
Marwan told Jumana about his relation with the press and media, which usually misunderstand him, and that's why he's very picky when it comes to interviews.
He also revealed a bit about his romantic side and his relation with the woman! What attracts him most are her eyes and her emotions. He also doesn't have any physical preferences!

These are new photos of Lebanese singer/ actress Nicole Saba at the reception held on the occasion of the Lebanese independence day by the ambassador on Lebanon in Cairo.
Amr Moussa was also one of the guests...

First it was Suzan Tamim and now it's the daughter of Layla Ghofran!
Moroccan singer, Layla Ghofran's 23-year-old daughter, Hiba, was found stabbed to death in her Cairo apartment today.
The police found her and her friend bleeding to death as a result of stab wounds.
It is reported that the two girls lived together in this apartment and studied at a nearby university.
Layla Ghofran must be in a horrible situation right now. Our warmest condolences go out to her.
The case is currently under investigation, so we'll keep you posted when new information is released.

Get ready for some series programs and shows on MBC4 in December!
I was shocked when i found out that MBC4 is going to air the new 90210!
This is a remake of the original Beverly Hills 90210, and it premiered in September on The CW! So it's pretty fresh out of the oven!
There's also Army Wives, which is a 2007 series about four army wives, their families and an 'army husband' whose wife is in the army. This sounds interesting!
MBC4 will also be airing another 2007 series called October Road, which is about a writer who decides to take a short trip to Europe and ends upcoming back after 10 years!
The fourth newbie on MBC4 is Project Runway! It's a reality TV show that's something like Mission Fashion on LBC!
Project Runway stars Super Model Heidi Klum and Michael Kors!
It's currently in its 5th season, so I'm not sure which season MBC4 will be airing?!

Lebanese model, Layal Makki, has been crowned Miss Arab World -Malihat Al Arab- in a ceremony held in Beirut a few days ago.
Layal, who is 22 years old, now wears the crown after Miss Arab World 2004, May Khaleel.
The ceremony was hosted by Star Academy graduate Amal Al Anbary, who also entertained the attendees with a few Nancy Ajram songs and 'Fi Yom we Lela' by the end of the night.

Egyptian actress May Izzedine has made a name for herself as a good actress and a beautiful face. But it seems she's seen something wrong in her face and has opted to change it. We're talking about her nose!
Have you ever noticed that there's something off about her nose? I didn't.
Well, no matter what we think of her nose, that nose has been replaced by a newer, smaller one! Yes! May has gone under the knife and gotten a nose job!
She's done a new photo shoot that focuses on her face and is now flaunting 'the nose'!

Jordan has made history! They've won their first ever International Emmy Award! That's HUGE! Congratulations!
The series, Al Ijtiyah -The Invasion- won the award in the category 'Telenovela'.
The event was held yesterday in New York and the awards were handed out during a glamorous gala in front of a huge audience of about 1,000 entertainment professionals and media executives from around the world.
If you're not familiar with Al Ijtiyah, it's a 2007 series directed by Shawqi Al Majiri and starring Abbas Al Nouri and Saba Mubarak.
