In the nest episode of Scoop on MBC1, both presenters Raya and Najla will be holding exclusive interviews with Arab and International stars.
Najla will kick off the episode with an interview with Pop star Ragheb Alamah, who will talk about his new album 'Baashaak' which has been delayed for a very long time.
She will also have a sit with Abdallah Balkher!

As for Raya, she's going to be talking to Will Smith about his latest movie Hancock.
As for her exclusive interview, it will be with Tom Cruise. she's going to ask him about his movie Lions for Lambs. Tom will also mention a bit about Katie Holmes and daughter Suri.

I guess i'll be tuning in to MBC on Wednesday at 7 pm GMT and if you're interested, tune in too! It sure sounds like an interesting show!

The prime kicked off with a song by guest of honor, Iraqi Majid El Mouhandes. He also sang a couple of songs throughout the prime.
This time the remaining finalists sang two songs, one of their choice and one recommended by the judges.
Elie Bitar was the first to go on stage and he started off with Samra ya Samra by Karem Mahmoud.
He did good and got four green lights! Congrats!
The second contestant to get up on stage and sing was Abdel Majid Ibrahim and he sang Ma Btifrahsh by Shireen. He did well and also got four green lights. Congrats!
The third contestant to take to the stage was Asma Al Jabiri. She sang Harramt Ahebak by Wardah.
She did very good and got four green lights as well. Congrats!

This is a new video of Algerian LBC Star Academy 5 graduate Amel Bouchoucha last week in Paris near Eiffel Tower replying to her fans questions in french; enjoy :)

A couple of days ago, Star Academy star Nader took a trip to Egypt!
Mirhan was at his welcome at the airport and so where a big bunch of fans!
Mirhan, who arrived in a BMW X5 with her friend and a bodyguard, welcomed Nader and hugged him strongly!

Palestinian Star Academy contestant Zaher Saleh was loved by many fans across the Arab world, but turns out he's got a huge fan base in Iran!
According to stats on Zaher's official website show that his fans are from Saudi Arabia, Eygpt, Algeria and in the fourth place Iran!

After Mohammad Qwaider's visit to Egypt, he decided that he had to change his manager!
Mohammad left Fadi Dagher and his company and has taken up his friend Wessam Mawla!
Mohammad took this decision after he came to realize that there were some things in the contract weren't very much to his liking!

Well, he singed with Mawla Productions and will be working on releasing his debut single and music video with them in addition to a debut album.

We wish you the best of luck mohammad, may this collaboration bring you lots of success!

Recently came the news of Lebanese songstress Dolly Shaheen, whom allegedly converted to Islam whilst dealing with the rather important matter of a divorce. The implication is namely that her Lebanese husband who is a businessman of Maronite belief refuses to grant her a divorce, thus being the motivation behind her conversion.

The rumour was revealed on the MBC channel as fact, apparently Shaheen became a Muslim in the Azhar Mosque of Alexandria in Egypt. So far any signs of a possible backlash seem suppressed; perhaps word of her domestic affairs has not spread broadly enough, or perhaps she is just not a matter of great importance. However, Shaheen though being a former Catholic herself, echoes many stories of struggling women within the Maronite sect who convert to Islam during a divorce battle. And in some cases it is possible to hear about a Maronite husband converting to Islam too just to ease the entire divorce process.
