Now it's time for the three nominees to come out on stage.
Amal M. sings first, then Iman sings Suna ya Sunsun, then Asma sings Al Eh.
Iraqi star Ilham Al Madfai comes to the stage now and with him Amal B. sings Ben Al Asr wel Maghreb.

What's happening with Diaa? Her friend Slim is angry with her and expects an explanation as to why Diaa acts the way she does inside the Academy ... People think there's a love thingy going on between Diaa and Saad, although they're only friends and nothing more! this thing is making Diaa frustrated and it even makes her cry!
Diaa isn't sure how she'll explain to the outside world that there's nothing going on between her and Sasd ... we'll help you Diaa:

People! Diaa and Saad are only friends and they're like brother/sister ... Nothing more!
And always remember, Saad already has a girlfriend in Barja!

Saad also is annoyed from this story ... he's tried many times to tell the world that he loves another girl in Barja and both Diaa and Saad have stopped spending time together like they used to.

Star Academy 5 candidates Nader from Tunisia and Mostafa from Lebanon were very excited when they finally entered the academy building; their excitement went to the extreme to put off their shirts singing and shouting with the rest of the candidates :)!

It was some of a surprise yesterday as four more contestants were voted off American Idol 7.
The guys are the first to go through the sieve! The first guy to leave is Jason Yeager and it seems picking the wrong song to sing wasn’t the only reason .. According to Simon Cowell, he doesn’t stand out in a crowd! The second guy to leave is Robbie Carrico.
As for the gals, well, the first girl to be sent packing is Alexandrea Lushington.
The second girl to leave is Alaina Whitaker … as she hears the bad news, she starts crying.
She wasn't in shape to sing her final song, but is persuaded by Paula and the audience and manages to pull it together and perform.

Do you think it's fair that Alaina left, while Amanda stayed? Didn't Alaina do better than Amanda two nights ago?

Have you heard about the scandalous photos of Star Academy 5 student Asma?
I came across reports that Asma was caught on camera changing her clothes and she exposed parts of her body that aren’t for public viewing!? You know what I mean!
What’s the deal with this? Have you got any idea what this is all about?
The only thing I got was that she took off her clothes in a place she shouldn’t have and was caught on camera and the editors at LBC didn’t change the camera angle!
Could this be true? Has anyone seen these photos?
If yes … then LBC have got a big problem on their hands!

Iman decided to call her mom ... but why does Iman's mother talk to her that way? She's a nominee ... the least she could do is try to make things easier on her daughter! That was strange ...
Mohammad, Abdallah and Khaled are in discussions about whom to vote for on Friday ... Khaled is sure he won't vote for anyone except Iman! As for the other two, they're still not sure what to do!

Diaa is angry that no matter how much effort she puts in Elissar's class, she feels she's still lagging behind!
She's unable to get rid of the stiffness of her body and isn't able to move softly!

As for Mohammad, he's angry at Iman because she chose Zaher as friend of the week!
Thus, Iman explains to Mohammad that she picks him every week ... and this is the 1st time she picks someone other than him ... bla bla ... but what does this really mean? Is there some kind of jealousy? ... Ha! Does Mohammad have a thing for Iman?

When you want to bring out the best of your voice, you gotta choose the right song to sing ... and if you don't, then you've sentenced yourself to death! That's what American Idol is about. If the contestants don't sing the right song for their voice, then they get voted off and lose a chance of a life-time!
Last night, the Top 10 girls of American Idol 2008 did their best to bring out the best of their voices as they performed classic 70's songs.

The first girl to perform was Carly Smithson. She sang 'Crazy On You' and she did well, although she started off on the wrong pitch! Her performance was better than last weeks.
The second girl to go was Syesha Mercado. She sang 'Me and Mrs. Jones' and she turned it into Me and Mr. Jones ... The judges thought she didn't give it her all and that she could have done much better.
The third girl to sing was Brooke White. She sang 'You’re So Vain' and she was perfect!
The song was just right for her voice and she performed the song well. The judges loved it and even Simon said: "Brooke, I absolutely loved it."

Stuffed toys are definite must-haves for a lot of ladies. Especially the big ones that can be hugged and squished anytime they feel like it. There are some toys that are not fluffy and full enough, but with squishable all the stuffed animals are excellently made. By just looking at them you can almost feel their fuzziness. The selection has almost every type of animal you’d want to hug, definitely round and super squishable! Monkey, shark, rooster, duck, puppy, whale, bunny, tiger, leopard, and frog make the squishable zoo complete.

Diaa and Nader are up for Arabic singing at last this week! They're going to sing the duetto 'Yom Wara Yom' by Samira Said and Cheb Mami.
What happened? Has Wadih taken the place of Sevag in the hearts of the gals?
Well, they still chat every night about those handsome teachers!
But Diaa makes a point that they're here to learn and they're dealing with these guys as teachers and what counts is that they're respectable and comfortable to be around.

Eating at night makes you fat ... so, should the students be eating at night? NO!
so, George has taken a decision to teach them not to eat at night! They ran and ran and while running they have to recite: "No Eating at Night" ... Ha! They say that now, but will they learn?

Mohammad explains to Amal and Amal that at night he changes into a different person ... his mood changes and he becomes 'rayeg'!
Then he starts imitating the rest of the students and how they sing. The only one he couldn't imitate was Saad!

Dubai likes to have the tallest, biggest and strangest of everything and they seem to be spreading this prospect to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ever famous Prince Waleed Bin Talal has asked for bidders to build the ‘Mile High Tower’ in Jeddah. We have heard of the Mile High Club –and I will not go into details about that- but what is the ‘Mile High Tower’?! Well basically it is an architectural wonder that is 1,600 meters high and that will officially be crowned the highest building in the world. And the cost for this beautiful building? $10 billion!

Last night the Top 10 guys of American Idol 7 did their best as they performed some famous 70's songs.
The first to go was Michael Johns. He chose to sing "Go Your Own Way" by Fleetwood Mac. I love that group ... and Michael did a good job at performing their song. Although, this isn't all he's got to give, i think he did well.
The second to go was Jason Castro. "I Just Wanna be Your Everything" by Andy Gibb was the song of his choice. There was nothing special about his performance ... and his voice wasn't at its best!
The third to go was Luke Menard. He chose to sing "Killer Queen". His voice is excellent and did a great job with this song. He sang it perfectly but didn't add his character to it. But never the less, he didn't make any mistakes.
The fourth guy to sing was Robbie Carrico. He chose to sing Foreigner’s “Hot Blooded”. It was a solid performance as the judges would say, but it wasn't so fantastic!

Tunisian Star Academy star Amani Swissi has concluded the shooting of the music video for her second song ‘Wayn’. She was fortunate enough to work with director Mirna Khayat who came up with a beautiful scenario for this song. The video is set in an urban town in Lebanon and it tells the story of a couple in love and the man wants to move, leaving behind his other half. Mirna spoke about how amazing working with Amani had been; she claims that this was a difficult scenario to pull off because it could potentially appear fake.
