Female feet

In summer there is a tendency to wear sandals and flip flops mostly by girls… What turned my attention is the difference between European girls feet and Arab girls feet… most girls feet that are originally from Europe are always clean, their toe nails are also clean, something that doesn’t come naturally but it means that they are taking care of their feet. On the other hand, Arab girls don’t take care of their feet, most of the Arab girls leave the color of the polish on their toe nails not well taken care of, and the bottom of their feet are dry and rough which gives the female foot a dirty look…

I believe that feet are an important part of our body in many aspects like beauty and health… Why do Arab females neglect their feet? Is it something that is not in our culture or is it just forgotten?
