RIP Youssef Dawoud
Famous Egyptian actor Youssef Dawoud passed away yesterday at the age of 74.
His funeral was held yesterday in Alexandria just a few hours before the announcement of Egypt's presidential elections results; and that's why no actor was able to attend, considering also the distance between Cairo and Alexandria...
Youssef Dawoud was a great actor and his death is a true loss to the Egyptian cinema... however we will always remember him for his different roles in Al-Za'im "مسرحية الزعيم", Al-Nimr wal-Untha "النمر والأنثى", Raafat El-Haggan "رأفت الهجان" ... among others.
His wife who attended the funeral along with his daughter and relatives announced that a second funeral for Youssef Dawoud will be held in Cairo in the next coming few days.
RIP Youssef Dawoud. You will be missed.
