Yara Khouri-Mikhael won Miss Lebanon 2011.
16 Lebanese beauties competed on the title and Tiara of Miss Lebanon 2011, in a night held in Beirut Souks.
Only 5 girls reached the finals.
The 4th runner up is Pamela Jabbour.
The 3rd runner up is Paloma Mady.
The 2nd runner up is Sonia-Lynn Gabriel.
The 1st runner up is Carolina Nassar.

Does Yara deserve to carry the title and wear the crown more than the other girls?
I personally think Carolina Nassar would have made a better beauty queen.
I thought her answered to the judges questions were better and more reasonable.

well I don't know how you know they had plastic surgeries and I don't know for the other contestants... but I do know Yara is purely natural :)

they may be natural, but not miss lebanon material. we have amazing beauty in lebanon and it was definitely not there among the contestants.

This girl who was named Queen isn't beautiful at all , & doesn't deserve the title of miss Lebanon .This result was definitely unexpected .. Her eyebrows and jaw are horrible

After the previous years, I really think that this time we have the best pick among the 16. The TOP 3 is great! Yara's eyes are very catchy, and I live that her eyebrows are not cockrach style (trimmed like the others) This is a girl you would really notice and her smile... just fabulous. Love her.

its very sad that they r allowing girls to compete when they had plastic surgeries done that used to disqualify them before
its very obvious that the new miss leb is fake and had her lips done!!
lebanese girls are beautiful and when u go around lebanon u will see that . . . . but beautiful girls refuse to enter such a contest so they have got to use such fake girls!

Sure thing that she isnt Miss Lebanon material & i agree that Carolina Nassar gave better answers and seemed more mature than the rest. But these are only 16 girls and not the most beautiful girls in lebanon i agree to that & its a shame that this happens every year. I also think that the new Miss Lebanon didnt win it fairly it was obvious all along that she was going to win.

I think like you all said that she doesn't deserve to be miss Lebanon , I did some researches and saw that the Miss Lebanon Pageant has been infested with corruption ever since its creation. every year, a "jury of experts" imposes upon the lebanese public an unsatisfactory queen, solely based on her contacts (wasta) . Stories of bribery are also very common.
The competition of 2011 was supposed to be different as we were told it would be for the first time under the complete control of the Ministry of Tourism, and supposedly there wouldn''t be any cheating...yet some sources are already confirming that the winner has been picked in advance out of what is being described as the weakest batch of contestants ever

why is it always about Lebanese and beside shes not pretty. theres so many khaliji women and natural beauty and am sure in Egypt too unlike lebanese i heard they got so many surgeries and obsess with their look so they done surgery many times except haifa btw

No Ahmed if you're going to speak about Lebanese ppl you must speak about Haifa too. What do you mean besides Haifa? Haifa has had more surgeries than I can count on both my hands and toes. Where do you think Lebanese women get the idea for surgery from? Haifa ofcourse!! I can't believe you're still obsessed with her btw it's not 2006 anymore. I don't even think Haifa sings anymore, the old hag must've retired because I haven't heard of her,probably realized that she's too old or many she has ruined her face even more by getting her 3rd nosejob, millionth botox injection, and another breast implants to keep her sagging breasts in place. And it all went wrong so she's afraid to come out and show her face to anyone.
And this Miss Lebanon chick is ugly. Her jaw is huge and her face is too long like a horse.

regardless of the amount of plastic surgeries , it is sooooo sad to have a beauty queen looking like Yara or even the other contestant!!!!! seriously have you seen her jaw , her teeth, her smile!!!!! i think thats a huge "faux pas" from the organizer!!!! cause i think we all know whats involved in such competitions and the amount of green paper spent!!!! its a pitty

In the future, an orthodontist should be a part of the jury in order to have a better assessment and evaluation of the smile and teeth. Miss Lebanon with such amount of gummy smile, increased lower face (she cannot put her lips together) and proclination of the upper front teeth (very obvious) should not be elected, besides her answer that was off topic

Sad to see that all the contestants had at least 1 plastic surgery and that we have had great winners in the past that were natural!!!!
