Shireen Abdul Wahab's Walks Out of Charity Concert!
Shireen Abdul Wahab's return to the spotlights after the birth of her second child has been awaited by all her fans around the Arab world ... but they didn't expect her to return in a bad mood!
Shireen scheduled a charity concert to be held at the Opera House in Cairo and invitees were waiting for the star to come and entertain for the benefit of Breast Cancer Organizations.
To everyones surprise, Shireen arrived hours late and in a very bad mood! She wouldn't let reporters interview here and worst of all, walked off the stage 15 minutes after she started singing!
According to MusicNation, Shireen was upset with the sound system and could hear only the shouts of the audience!
She stormed off the stage and shouted at the organizers telling them that they're only professional when someone like Beyonce hold a concert! But when an Egyptian artist wants to perform, they work well on humiliating him/her! Ouch!
She may have a point, but it's a shame that she would treat her audience and the organizations in such a disrespectful way, especially that they waited for her for hours!

well shireen is an extremely talented singer! i think she deserves a professional sound system like she wants! i would be frustrated like her, but i just wouldn't have handled it that way anyways, she has a point!

Shireen extremely talented singer LOL! She's horrible! Shireen and Nancy Ajram remind me of porks when they are singing! They both have terrible voices! I don't even get how she made it to the OPERA house! She isn't even close when it comes to singing opera.

Btw; she does not sing in the opera, nor ever will (for the info of the poster above, there are theater works in the middle-east that incorporate singing - like Fairuz had parts in many of those). Also, she does not have to compare herself to anything western (otherwise she becomes it).

CORRECTION: I did not even notice at first glance how dumb the comment above is: what the "house" has to do with the "singing opera" ? Hence, I retract my reply. Besides, the poster just wanted to insult by calling the singer a "pork" - or by comparing her to N.Ajram.

Just because shes's Shireen Abdulwahab doesn't mean she deserves a special treatment.

We all have our moments and I don't think we were there, so the reasons might not be 100% sure. And people, please, don't talk negatively about her talent because she IS talented, ineed. We don't know! She might have been in an unpleasant mood. We all wish for the best when we love something.

I think she's jealous of everyone... remember her fight with tamer hosny??? The best think if that tamer hosny didn't even talk back and focused on his work and music and that why he got the BEST AFRICAN SINGER this year maybe she should focus too.

Oh dear oh dear, what has happened to this singer? She was so cute, now she looks like an elephant. She has grown sooooo fat. I do truly empathise with her. This could be the sole reason of this hissy fit.
So please, be indulgent with her to consider these mitigating circumstances. And just remember: do not ever upset a woman who has gained at least 10 stones of weight in a short time. Disaster!!!!!
