Amr Diab Back to The Movies!

Would you want to see Amr Diab in a movie, like the old days?
Diab has signed a contract with Good News company and will start working on two movies, in addition to a TV series.
This will bring back Diab to the screen after a long absence.

Rumor has it that director Sharif Arafa will be directing these projects and will start working on them after Ramadan.

On the other hand, Diab will be performing LIVE on the 23rd of April at Festival City in Dubai.

What do you think? Is Amr Diab still movie material?

All film/TV plans have been put on hold for the time being.
Both movies and the series will be directed by Sherif Arafa, and early scripts have been written for the first project already.

But to be honest, Amr has signed tens of "movie" contracts since his last film, I doubt this will ever get fully underway.
