y? because her husband is evil and very cruel. Nawal btw never had plastic surgery (major plastic) other than her noise and her lips.

her husband is very cruel..she said nothing bad about him and said he was the father of her children.....and wont attack him..he attacked her and lied about her...he is evil...believe me i have seen him around her after concerts...very rude too
