What is the future of Super Star 6?
This is a question that has grown bigger in the past few months because there has been no ads for casting, no promos and news at all on when it's going to start on Future TV as it's been in the past 5 years!
The Future of Super Star ... Blurry!
A few months ago, there was news that the show was going to start after Ramadan, but there was nothing! Then it was said that the show was returning in January or February of 2010.
Then there was a rumor that Future TV dropped the franchise and, Cactus, a Tunisian production company has bought it and will start a whole new show on a Tunisian satellite channel in 2010. Could this be true?

I guess future tv managers are too busy with politics to have time for the next season of a music or real tv show! i HATE politics!
Well there will not be Superstar this year because Future TV doesn't have enough money to bring the candidates to lebanon. No other reasons.
po i really dont think that the reason for not having superstar YET is because future has no money.. let me remind u that future tv is owned by one of the most wealthiest families in the WORLD. i agree with cupcake its cause there mane more important problems going on in lebanon concerning politics so they are busy with that.
the main problem why future tv is not going to air a new season is because of the low viewers'rates of the last seasons. What i could notice in the last season is that Future TV has big problems in producing the show in the right way. SuperStar 1 was a phenomen it was brilliant, we all remember this time! but there are many mistakes in producing the show. They need a new director and new ideas, it is not easy to establish the show again because of the big success of star academy. lbc knows how to make it! i wish that superstar will be back soon but with new ideas and better production
the time future choose to air the show was bad and it was one of the reason why it didnt get enough audience besides the presenter was weak comparing him with previous ones (i dont remember the boys name but the one who was with rania alkurdi...)

no more superstar on future tv, they still have so many financial crisis.. too bad :(
