Whatever happened to people who knew the difference between musical styles. They call all of Amr Diab's music Spanish, although he hasn't sung a Spanish song since 2005.

If people only knew the actual musical styles Amr presented this year and in the previous years, maybe they would stop saying our music lost creativity, because it is simply they that don't know much about music and its different styles.

On a different note...

A few Western nations have stopped broadcasting fizzy drink commercials. There's a hightened awareness of exactly how much sugar is loaded into these drinks including 'diet', so consumers & the media really do look down on them nowadays. I'm not saying don't drink Pepsi, Cola, Fanta or whatever...we all need the odd cold fizzy drink afterall. But these drinks are consumed on a regular basis in many Arabic countries, let's say daily if not throughout the day. And I really don't advocate the use of influencial singers/ actors i.e. Tamer, Nancy, Amr etc to encourage us in leading an unhealthy lifestyle. Arab nations already face high levels of diabetes & obesity, not to mention low life expectancies. And the west seem to be encouraging such advertising campaigns for us; I would think that they naturally don't care so much about our health, & would rather see us unfit. But we seem to be following Americas lead more than Europe, Australia or Canada who are A LOT more health & environmentally conscious than the Americans.

I know I sound like a grandma but part of me feels resentful due to these drinks.

There are supposedly 8 teaspoons or 45g of white sugar in a can of coke; Imagine having a cup of tea with even 5 spoons of sugar. Too much white sugar destroys our brain cells at a rapid rate.
