The newest TV show to hit your TV screens, and hit is just a slight idea of what's to come, is the Arabic version of the show 'Gladiators'.
The show will be aired on LBC and will see 36 contestant from around the Arab world fight it off with 14 lean, mean, fighting machines!
The contestants are from Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Palestine, Kuwait, Egypt, Tunisia and Yemen.
They have to compete with 14 gladiators to win the title of 'Gladiator'.
It's not an easy task beating those big guys at their game!
The hosts/ presenters of the show are Lebanese model Zeina Khouri and sharing the spotlight with her is Star Academy student and self proclaimed rapper, Nasser Abu Lafi!
I wonder how he'll be doing as a TV host!
Do you think the show will be a success?
It's supposed to be exciting and fun .. but will it?
Ooooo I was waithing for this one...its going to b very very intresting! not only is it competition but its competition between middle eastern's as oppose to american people hehe! drama drama! Cant wait!
BUT LBC WHY NASSER!!! like EWW
ewww
hey thereeeeee...i've watched the show...and nasser was actually much better than i expected !!! The girl host is pretty impressive though!! she is good ....eventhough she's new i think ... So,basically liked it ....yet i think it will take people some time to get used to it ..i don't know maybe because i've seen the american version and i am into sports myself ...what do you think ?
but i think the lebanese people did a good job working on this one , at least its different , i am sick of all teh dancing and singing shows .
ok EWWWW.....
LBC + MBC needs to stop "using" ideas from American and European channels. Every program they created has failed except Star Academy.
majd
i dont think programs has failed, its many programs from american are famous and all people like it like wipe out ,superstar, mission fashion and many more please dont say they has failed
Seriously, LBC and all our "arabic" channels need eastern ideas and should stop imitating the west.
We have talented people and a great heritage. We should produce for ourselves.
