Beauty comes in all shapes, colors & sizes. There is beauty all over the world. It seems that the standard of beauty is tall thin,, blonde, light skin & light eyes. The media has forced down our throuts. I recently took a trip to Lebanon & Dubai & I was saddened at what I saw. The girls seem desperate to look like this ideal. Very very sad. Yes, the nose jobs, boob jobs, botox, fillers, hair extensions, hair color & who know what else. I recently heard of skin bleaching. There is absolutely nothing wrong for wanting to look beautiful. Fixing your nose, enhancing your bust, coloring your hair etc...but women should take what God gave them & enhance it, not completely change your look so that your parents don't recognize you or you take away your family resemblence. If you happen to have light hair & light eyes, Great! If you are more dark complected, celebrate & work with it. God created us all. this ideal of beauty is very damaging to a young girl in the arab world or wherever. I have even seen parents of teenage girls encouraging them to look more like this so-called ideal. I hope one day we can acccept all kinds of beauty. there are beautiful Europeans, arabs, westerners etc...Haifa IS NOT a good example for young girls at all regarding beauty. You are not born looking like haifa. She has done A LOT of work to look like that...i mean a lot. she depends on her appearance. her entire look is artificial. she looks nothing like she did befors, nothing...also, beuaty truly comes from within. eat right, don't smoke, workout regulary, take vitamins, drink in moderation, you will look & feel beautiful. I travel all the time with him especially in Arab countries. I know sooo many Lebanese man and from all Middle East married with girls from my country, Romania. So, please, when you say that all Arab man only want to sleep with "white" girls, dont mention about all nations. We have alot of Arab students here and most of them get a wife from here. I saw many couples during my trips. Btw, you are all sooo wrong to think that all European are white. In my country, most of the girls are brunettes looking like Latino, infact we are half Latino.
