Elissa can run for Presidency but Haifa can become Chief of Parliament it is a seat for Honorable "Muslim Shiites" only, and Prime Ministry seat for Honorable "Muslim Sunnites" only. It would be beneficial for your knowlege background H.A.R to read about can and can't do's in Lebanon before posting baseless articles.
