Algerian Star academy 5 graduate Amal Bouchoucha didn’t start her musical career yet but she surely has a career in show biz. After appearing on Rotana to host their top 20 show, Bouchoucha is currently working on her new show, twist and shout, which will be aired on the Lebanese broadcasting channel (LBC).

Twist and shout or ‘tyeer w farkea’ in Arabic will be an entertaining show that introduces new talent to the Arabic world. The show revolves around the contestants’ ability to sing while undergoing different physical and mental tests that might distract them from singing.

The contestant that can withstand all of this will be the winner. The contestant will be in the age group between 17 to 77 years.

The permanent judges of the show are Lebanese composer Tareq Abu Jawde and comedian Lebanese actress Lillian Nimeri in addition to different guest singers whom each week would sing and be judges on the show. During the first week of the show, the guest will be Lebanese singer Carole Saker.
