The result show started off with a breath taking group routine choreographed by Mia Michael the routine was weird and freaking yet totally amazing only Mia can move us like this with her routines.
Max & Ashley Leave SYTYCD
The bottom three couple where, Jason and Caitlin, Kupono and Ashley and Max and Karla. All three couples blew us away with their amazing solos, all three female dancers are contemporary dancers but each girl performed in a very unique and different way from the other. Jason’s solo was unbeatable; he is a strong and cute dancer. Kupono’s solo was like something Sonya would choreograph I really liked it though, Max’s solo was normal he is a bit challenged in his solos since he is a ballroom dancer.
There was a unique performance in the show by Amrapali Ambegaokar, an Indian kathak (storyteller) dancer it was quite entertaining to watch. The musical guest was Kristinia DeBarge and she performed ‘Goodbye’. All rumors that Katie Holmes would be dancing on the show where false but who knows we might see her in the upcoming episodes.
Sadly Max Kapitannikov and Ashley Valerio were eliminated thus making Kupono and Karla new patterns.
I wonder what the top 16 have hidden for us next week personally I can’t wait.

Sonya's choreography looks quirky but is based on substance and has technical merit. Kupono walked around aimlessly, scratched himself and called that a solo. Max showcased performance and technical ability. Plus he was coming off of positive reviews for the previous 2 weeks. Kupono should have been sent home. I don't care how good he looks in makeup ("character").

@coco i lovee Sonya's choreographs, she is amazing and always comes up with different ideas..
as for Max he is a really hard working dancer i wish him all the best .
i didn't meant that he is a good dancer ya mariam. he seem doesn't want to be an Arab. that's a shame!
he act an American and never act like Arab. Say like Shakira she want to be a Colombian and Arab. she do love to sing an arabic and tell about her family by being lebonani when she was interview with Razan show.

I really don't know much about him apart from the fact that he is originally Lebanese ... and he is a great dancer . and whether he is shy to say he is arab or whatever you are saying well i think that's his own business and it doesn't concern me ..
this is a dance competition so we should focus mostly on whether people can or cannot dance not where they are from and i really respect your opinion but this is mine :D.
