The auditions are done; the top 20 have been chosen and two contestants have already been eliminated. So you think you can dance season 5 is totally amazing with hot, talented and diverse contestant.

The top 20 started off the show with sizzling performances and different dance styles each done by unique couples that emphasized the great work of the choreographers. The dances ranged from hip-hop routines to contemporary routines and with even a Bollywood routine.

The highlight of the show personally for me was Philip Chbeeb and Jeanine’s hip hop routine choreographed by Napoleon and Tabitha to Neyo’s song Mad. If you may recall Chbeeb auditioned in season 4 but came down with pneumonia but was then seen in the season finale where he lost a dance battle against Robert Muraine. Chbeeb is also said to come from a Lebanese descendant.

The result show started off with an outstanding group performance choreographed by Shane Sparks to “Boom Boom Pow” by The Black Eye Peas. There was later a special performance by Sean Kingston where he sang “fire burning”. The show ended with the elimination of Tony Bellissimo and Paris Torres. I really like Tony but he lacks a lot of skills.
