To all people saying Africa is not an original Karl Wolf song, you are right.
It's an 1980's song by a group named Toto.
But it's one my favorite remakes ever. It brought a new energy & a lot more groovy. I instantly became a Karl Wolf fan.

But sadly he's not well known in America or Europe, unless in Canada, Middle East, or other Arab comunities. Japan maybe, but even Naomi Campbell had a #1 song there.

Its not that they're not famous because they're arab.

Shakira is half lebanese, and she is VERY famous, and the beats to her music and her dance is very arab, and she even talks about it all the time.

Massari and Karl Wolf aren't famous because they aren't very unique. They can't sing very well. Its like these guys try to act hard like they are some black rapper. Tattoos everywhere, these huge headlight size earrings. They are attractive. I think Massari has beautiful eyes, and karl wolf is cute too, but they aren't famous because they are NOT very talented.

Karl Wolf and Massari are both talented and have different singing and music styles. We should be proud of them since they both decided to stick to their roots and represent us when others werent proud of their origins or didnt state their origins due to public opinion. I think Karl Wolf is unique, his style his music he's very talented he was on star academy and seems very down to earth/ Massari makes club bangers and his songs be easy, real love and bad girl are amazing and I can see them being played on MTV.

nada que ver, Karl Wolf es mejor, y Massari también tiene talento, pero a mi me gusta mas Karl, Massari es más... suburbano, tiene un ritmo mas como que a reguetón, así, para bailar en un antro con una hola de fumones, Karl Wolf es más refinado (su música, porque el ultimamente ÉL se está poniendo más pandillero), y tiene ese toque de real pop que a Massari le falta y que a Karl lo hace más comercial y agradable.

Y si, tienen razón, ambos son bien parecidos, pero Karl Wolf Abubu-bubu tiene un graaaan problema con las fotos de frente, cuando se las tomán así parece un anciano de 60 años con problemas de sobrepeso, y Massari también es algo atractivo, pero hay que admitirlo, todo se lo debe a la magia de los maquillistas, porque sin los quilos de base que le hechan en la cara parece uno más del montón de la barra braba.

Pero volviendo a lo que importa, la música, creo que Karl Wolf es la mejor opción (con excepción de esa canción, Hey Girl, que sinceramente no tengo idea de porque está en el disco de Karlo, como que le malogra su imagen y buen gusto) es más entendible, y si parece inglés, a Massari se le escucha como en una de esas canciones cursis que salen en las peliculas árabes románticas de Boliwood, o sea, nada americanas, y su voz... a veces sus flacetes dan verguenza y lo unico que te queda es cambiar de canción porque aunque la adelantes su voz se seguirá escuchando; pero bueno, Massari tambien podría ser una buena opción... sólo si vives (y lo escuchas) en algún pais del medio oriente.

En cuanto a Karl, creo que algunos tambien tienen razón, el tipo cho a perder su talento y carrera con ese ultimo disco Nightlife que sacó, y se ha convertido a la fuerza en un "negrito rapero estereotipado" más del montón (aunque el no es negro, y los millones de bronceados nunca lo dejarán así tampoco, mas bien debería dejar d ehacerlo tanto, le podría dar cancer a la piel), y aun peor con esos tatus que se ha puesto en los brazos, vaya, si que se madreó el cuerpo, es que no tiene personalidad?? si, creo que ese es su gran punto debil de Karlito Wolf, su personalidad, parece que la perdió en algún punto del 2007 mientras producía su album Bite the Bullets, yo diría que fue justo en la canción Hay Girl (que canción mas boba, por dios) cuando perdio la chaveta y dijo "desde hoy seré como Snoop Dogg". Y ni que decir de su nuevo Yalla Habibi... el coro le quedó un poco flojó, es como si al final se cansaron de trabajar en ella y la terminaron como sea.

CONCLUSIÓN:: para tal caso, entonces olviden a los invasores levaneces y escuchen a alquien nacional, no sé, Shown Desman, o a su herminato Danny. :)
