Haifa Wehbe revealed that her role in the new Egyptian movie 'Dokkan Shihata' was a draining experience.
She was overwhelmed with emotions during two specific scenes; the engagement and the wedding night.
Haifa portrays 'Bisa' a girl who's in love with Shihata. They go through hell to get engaged, only to find Shihata in jail after the engagement!

Bisa's brother forces her to marry some other guy, Shihata's brother, while Shihata is in jail.
She gets married, had a kid and after some time, Shihata gets out of jail.
That's when the real gist of the movie comes out.
It's a reflection of the Egyptian society and what chaos, anarchy and turmoil the poor people are suffering from.
Other actors sharing the spotlight with Haifa in this movie are Mahmoud Hemeda, Ghada Abdel Raziq, Amr Saad, Amr Abdel Jalil and Mohammad Karim.
There has been some controversy regarding some scenes in the movie and the fact that Haifa wears the Hijab and the Burqo in the movie.
But I won't judge it until I see it!

i didnt expect her to be that pretty without the lenses and makeup and now iam really surprised she looked even prettier without it she had that classical Arabic beauty ...and about the movie iam really eager to watch it 1st according to the promotion and 2nd i know one of the journalists who attended the private first show last week and he told me that everybody was surprised by haifa she wasnt super but did a good job more than any of the critics expected taken into consideration its her first role...hope it will be released soon

I went to check on Wikipedia about Haifa. Her biography said that she born in Mahrouna, a small farming town in Southern Lebanon, to a Lebanese father and an Egyptian mother.

Take her back you don't want her? It's not up to you really, not an option! Hate to disapoint Egyptians but Haifa has always shared her roots with you, and Egypt is where she has finally chosen to land. Haifa is half Egyptian and her mother's name is Sayyeda originally from Cairo (she has relatives in Egypt, Haifa's uncles and anties as Haifa stated in an interview on Nile TV you may find it on youtube), her father is Lebanese from the South divorced her mother when Haifa was still a child. Haifa recently got maried to an Egyptian man. Obviously Haifa by doing so feels herself as Egyptian and not as Lebanese (she has chosen her prefered future children nationality). She is now building a ground as a Mega Star actress on her mother land Egypt! We would haved liked if she stayed in Lebanon but it's her choice afterall...
