Residents over at the lower Manhattan and New York City in general were alarmed to see a Boeing 747 jet being tailed by two F-16 fighters flying over the high-rise buildings in the area. To see the plane flying so close to the building this morning was like déjà vu for New Yorkers. It was like seeing the same thing all over again before the plane crashed to the historic World Trade Center. Yup, the scene was exactly like that of the tragic 9/11 incident that happened in the area back in 2001.
News spread as soon as the aircraft was sighted in the area causing panic to a lot of people; some establishments even closed down and people hid in their homes to wait with baited breath what was going to happen next.
However, their panic was all for nothing because it was just for the sake of a photo shoot made by the White House Military Office. The whole effort was made so that the office can update its photos of the Air Force One flying near the Statue of Liberty. Louis E. Caldera, director of the said office made an apology to angry New Yorkers this afternoon.
It’s not sure whether New Yorkers are appeased by this apology. Even President Obama is reported to be annoyed about the said incident.
Well, these folks at the White House Military Office should have known better!
Americans became terrified from everything the bush era and this incident just proves that, stop being paranoid people and start living your life as you used to live it before 9/11!

NIZAR. I am sorry about ur brother, thats very sad, but arab countries especially lebanon and palestine and now iraq lost thousand of innocent people so I don't think they are numb to others feelings Actually its the other way around honey..

I think there are some people who have trouble separating a country from it's government. According to your logic, Americans should be paranoid because they (note that you said "they" and not "their governement") are directly responsible for the termoil in the Middle East. Oh yeah, normal americans descided whether or not the United States should invade Iraq and cause havoc in other Middle Eastern countries. That's right, the Americans have a say in what the government does....Notice I was being very sarcastic just now. Innocent people were killed during 9/11. We aren't talking about some government officials being killed are we? Those victims like most Americans have no say so in whether we invade another country. The government pretty much does whatever the hell they want despite many americans (including myself) who outwardly OPPOSE the war in Iraq and the U.S going in the Middle east all together. I do agree with you about the thousands of people being killed in the middle east and I can admit that some of those casualties were caused by the united states but the anger should never be directed at the Average American people but at our government who ultimately made that decision. Now, I'm not asking you to have more sympathy for the people who were killed during 9/11. I'm well aware that it wouldn't be fair of me to ask of that because people have alot more on thier plate in their own lives. I'm only trying to make it clear that blaming us is unfair and blaming our government would make more sense because they are fair game.
