Last night, the Top 7 contestants sang Movie songs to the judges and the mentor this week, director Quentin Tarantino!
So, how did the contestants do?
Well, the two girls left standing, Lil Rounds and Allison Iraheta gave opposite performances! Lil didn't manage to please and Al seems to be the girls' only hope of winning!
As for the boys, well, they didn't do much and it seems only Adam Lambert has managed to leave a lasting impression!
Here's what the contestants chose to sing:
- Lil Rounds: Bette Midler’s ballad “The Rose".
- Allison Iraheta: Aerosmith’s “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing” from Armageddon.
- Anoop Desai: Bryan Adams’s “Everything I Do I Do It For You,” from Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves.
- Adam Lambert: “Born to Be Wild” from Easy Rider.
- Matt Giraud: Bryan Adams’s “Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman” from Don Juan Demarco.
- Kris Allen: “Falling Slowly” from Once.
- Danny Gokey: Lionel Richie’s “Endless Love”.
