Last night the contenders of American Idol 8 did their best to bring out the crooners in them! It was Country Night and some idol-wanna-bes really stood out!
With songs from Willie Nelson, Carrie Underwood and Dolly Parton, it was a night to remember.

Danny Gokey did another Carrie Underwood number, "Jesus Take the Wheel".
Kris Allen did Garth Brooks’s “To Make You Feel My Love".
Scott MacIntyre did Martina McBride’s “Wild Angels".
Allison Iraheta did Patty Loveless’s “Blame It on Your Heart".
Alexis Grace did Dolly Parton’s classic “Jolene”.
Lil Rounds also did a Martina McBride number, "Independence Day".
Michael Sarver did another Garth Brooks' song, "Ain’t Goin’ Down (Til the Sun Comes Up)".
Adam Lambert did "Ring of Fire".
