The 8th season of American Idol has begun and the audition phase is over!
The judges, Simon, Paula, Randy and Kara have chosen a whole lot of potential idols, 36 to be exact, which they devided into three groups of 12 contestants each.
On Tuesday, the first LIVE performance show aired and the first group did their best to make sure they get the audience's votes!

Yesterday, in the weekly LIVE results show, Ryan Seacrest announced the three to move on ... and they are:
Michael Sarver, 27, from Jasper, TX.
Alexis Grace, 21, from Memphis, TN.
Danny Gokey, 28, from Milwaukee, WI.
