Would you believe that wild cats have a sense of protectiveness over humans? It’s true. In Argentina the police found a 1-year-old boy kept alive by wild cats. Turns out, the boy was homeless and only slept in the gutter. Well, you can imagine how cold it is to sleep with no walls or roof for protection. Sometimes, nights in Argentina can be fatal so it’s really a blessing that the wild cats were there to warm up the boy. If you were the policewoman who happened to be on the scene, I’m sure you’ll also be amazed!

According to the officer’s description, “The boy was lying at the bottom of a gutter. There were cats on top of him licking him because he was really dirty. When I walked over they became really protective and spat at me. They were keeping the boy warm while he slept.” It’s really amazing isn’t it? The cats probably treat the boy like their own son!

When the boy’s father, a homeless man, was traced he claimed that the cats have always been protective of his son.
