The 4th prime of The Manager last Sunday was special with the presence of Lebanese singer Nawal Zoghbi.
She graced the stage with her presence and entertained the audience and viewers with a couple of her beloved songs.

In not so many words, the four managers, who are competing for the title of The Manager and a spot with Rotana, have failed this week in meeting the goal of making their star 'Ilian' a Trend-setter!
It's as the jury panel put it, their mission this time was to chose the best of the worst! Ouch!

Ibrahim from Egypt brought Ilian out in a gypsy/ancient Egyptian look, which didn't complete Ilian not one bit!
As for Bandar from Saudi Arabia, he brought Ilian out in an outfit that's perfect for a night out to a dance club! Now that's not the problem, but the tableau she's in is all about traveling and being in an airport.

So it all comes down to the question: Do women wear a ball gown or formal clothes when traveling? The answer is obviously No! So that's image didn't really work!
Tareq's vision of Ilian put her in a very safe tableau that's right in Ilian's comfort zone!
So, in a way that's good but in another, the vision doesn't meet the mission of showing Ilian as a Trend-setter!

As for Azza, she chose a Amr Diab song for Ilian and decided to style Ilian herself and not give that job to the rest of the team!
Azza failed enormously in everything from the choice of song to the tableau to the look!
She was good though at imitating the original Amr Diab music video for Habibi Ya Nour El Ain!

As for the results, Bandar won the audiences votes once again, which makes him safe.
As for Ilian, she gave her vote to Tareq.
Tony Samaan gave his vote to Ibrahim, while Nawal gave her vote to Azza.
It was up to Simone Asmar to cast the final vote!
